What did we do to deserve this? - Life under occupation in the West Bank

This project is a record of the daily restrictions, humiliations and criminal acts which ordinary Palestinians living in East Jerusalem and the West Bank are subjected to by the Israeli Defence Force, Israeli settlers and other extensions of the Israeli state. It was shot between July and November 2005.

Major Projects

Each story has a natural length. Some suit a photostory format but others require analysis in more depth to do them justice. A great amount of research and photographic time is needed to produce a serious documentary work. Whether publication is ultimately intended in print, by exhibition or on the web, such projects are rarely financially viable without sponsorship. Usually the photographer will self fund the project to a significant degree. One hopes that this level of commitment will ultimately be reflected in the quality and impact of the project produced.
